If your manager uses this feature, you will be able to look up the details of your lease when you log into Fyxt. (Not all tenant accounts can see leases)
- From the lefthand navigation, click on Leases.
- Review the tabs across the top for additional information regarding your lease such as Tenancy Details and Lease Details & Abstractions.
- Abstract Detail summarizes the responsibility by maintenance category for you or your Manager. You can also review your lease start and end dates.
For Tenant-responsible work, you will always have access to create new work requests and schedule any needed service.
What's Next?
When you create a Job Request, the Lease Abstract will automatically assign approval privileges and financial responsibility depending on the maintenance category. If your lease has provisions around warranties or cost thresholds, this will be accounted for as well. The Lease Abstract is the engine behind your Job Requests so you don't have to comb through your lease every time a repair pops up.
