Vendor SMS Notifications

Fyxt will send Vendors SMS notifications based on varying actions taken within a Job, generally revolving around approvals and rejections. The complete list of actions triggering Vendor SMS notifications are:

  1. When management invites a Vendor to a Job, with Notifications enabled.
  2. When management determines a Vendor is Approved to Work on a Job. 
  3. When management determines a Vendor is Rejected from a Job (this is usually an automatic function after marking another Vendor as Approved to Work, or approving another Vendor's Bid.
  4. When management proposes a Site Visit or Job Schedule.
  5. When management reschedules a Site Visit or Job Schedule.
  6. When management approves a Site Visit or Job Schedule.
  7. When management rejects a Site Visit or Job Schedule.
  8. When management cancels a Site Visit or Job Schedule.
  9. When management approves or rejects a Bid.
  10. When management approves or rejects a Change Order. 
  11. When management approves or rejects an Invoice.
  12. When management @mentions a Vendor in a Job's Notes.
  13. When management updates a Job Status to Complete, or cancels a Job.
