How it works
Think of the File Manager as a two-way bridge connecting your teams to documents stored across Fyxt. Going a step beyond locating and downloading required document, the File Manager allows your teams to upload documents in one location and have them appear in all corresponding Properties, Companies, Leases and Jobs.
The File Manager has two primary folders
- Properties
- Companies
Properties
Expanding the Properties folder will display every property in your account. Selecting a Property displays two sub folders for
- Jobs
- Leases
The Jobs folder expands to display a folder for all Jobs in the Property, storing folders for all Job Costs, Photos, Reports, Equipment files, Checklist files, and more.
The Leases folder will display all uploaded Lease Documents
Companies
Expanding the Companies folder will display folders for
- Tenant Companies
- Vendor Companies
