Whether you need to request routine maintenance or fix an unexpected issue, it all starts with "Submit Request".
- From your Dashboard click on +Submit Request button in the upper right of the page.
- Select whether the service is within your unit or in a common area such as a hallway or lobby and complete the initial form.
5. Upload files, including any photos, videos, or maps relevant to the issue.
6. Click on Submit Request.
What's next?
You can monitor the progress of requests from your jobs dashboard. You will also receive notifications when the job changes statuses.
