Whether you need to request routine maintenance or fix an unexpected issue, it all starts with "Create Job".
- From your Dashboard click on +Create Job in the upper right.
- Select the Service Type and Target Completion Date and complete the initial form.
3. Select any applicable settings if the job will be routed to an external vendor:
Suggest Skip Site Visit | The vendor does not need to evaluate the issue via a site visit and can go straight to scheduling the work. |
Suggest Skip Bid | The vendor can begin work without providing an estimate. |
Permission to Enter Property/Unit | The vendor can access the property via the Access Instructions you entered above. |
Request Completion Verification Photos | The vendor will be prompted to upload photos upon completion of the job for contactless verification. |
4. Send the Job Request to one or more Vendors and/or Engineers.
5. If this job requires a checklist for tracking the inspection or recurring maintenance steps required, you can select an existing checklist template from the dropdown.
6. Upload files, including any photos, videos, or maps relevant to the issue.
7. Click on Submit Request.
What's next?
Managers will be notified of the new job request. They will review and approve the request in order for work to begin.
