Export Views, delivered via email to Contacts on a recurring schedule.
Scheduling View Exports allows you to automate regular data transfer between Fyxt and your teams.
Fyxt only allows users to schedule exports of Views they themselves create. To begin, open the Manage Views modal. Remember, the only Views you can schedule are those you created. Select the 3 dot menu of any View under the My Views tab, and select Manage Schedule.
Scheduling is as simple as entering a First Delivery Date, an export frequency, and export recipients. Export recipients are limited to Manager and Engineer users.
After a View is scheduled for export, you will be able to find it along with all your other scheduled exports in the Scheduled View Exports tab.
