Notes support rich formatting and Mentions, notifying Mentioned parties.

When using the Mention feature, Fyxt will label users by type. For Contacts, Fyxt will display the Contact Type and Primary Company associated to the Contact

Use Mentions to ensure contacts are directly notified

Notes can be sorted by Newest or Oldest first

Notes also support Search
