This guide provides detailed instructions on managing Service Agreements with Vendors within Fyxt. Service Agreements are managed in two locations: Global Job Preferences, where agreements can be uploaded and configured, and within Jobs, where they are shared with vendors and signed.

We begin by accessing Service Agreements within the Global Job Preferences

Here, agreements are uploaded, assigned to properties and configured. There are 4 configurations available: Include Scope: If selected, Fyxt will require Scope & Instructions be provided to a Vendor before sharing Service Agreements, and the entered scope will be attached to executed agreements as an addendum. Include Job Information: If selected, the Job Information will be attached to executed agreements as an addendum Include PM Signature: If selected, the Service Agreement will require a manager signature Include Bids: If selected, Fyxt will require an approved Bid before sharing Service Agreements, and will attach the approved bid to executed agreements as an addendum.

Continuing on to Jobs, adjust Service Agreements and their configurations as needed within the local Job Preferences

Remember that Service Agreements can only be shared with Approved Vendors

With an Approved Vendor, send the Service Agreement using the 3 dot menu in the Vendors page

With an agreement sent, vendors are prompted to sign and submit

In the case of Service Agreements requiring PM signatures, they will display here for managers to sign after vendor signatures are submitted

After clicking to Sign, a manager can preview the document before submitting their signature

With manager's information and signature submitted, the service agreement is fully executed.
