If a service request is no longer needed, follow these easy steps to cancel the job and notify your tenants and vendors.
Note: Only managers can cancel jobs – engineers do not have this permission.
- From your Dashboard click on the Job to open the Detail View.
- Under the Actions panel on the right, click on Cancel Job.
- A pop up will appear with the prompt "Are you sure that you want to Cancel Job?". Click Yes to confirm.
You can also cancel a job from the Status menu by choosing "Cancelled"
When you cancel a job, you can provide a reason for cancellation which will show in the activity log:
